These vendors are not solving the same shape of problem, which is why none of these pages ranks them. Three questions separate them far more than any feature matrix will: how wide the portfolio needs to be, whether you need software, a managed service, or both, and how much buying friction you can tolerate.
If nobody on your team will file disputes and chase credits, a platform alone tends to produce a backlog of known problems rather than savings. Ask every vendor who files the dispute, and who confirms the credit landed.
