Vigilis does not sell personal information. We never have, and if that ever changes we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before it does.
There is one thing on this site that counts as sharing under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia privacy law: the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It measures conversions from our LinkedIn campaigns and builds a retargeting audience, which those laws treat as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
It is off unless you turn it on. It loads only after you accept advertising in the cookie banner, and never if you decline or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Nothing else on this site is shared for advertising: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process data as our service providers, and we run no other ad pixels.
