Vigilis Services Agreement The master agreement for all Vigilis services. Incorporates the Services and Pricing Schedule, the Vigilis Platform Terms, and the Data Processing Addendum. Services and Pricing Schedule The service catalog and definitions, tier staffing and response levels, service levels, optional Field and Engineering Services terms, and pricing. Vigilis Platform Terms Access to and use of the Vigilis software platform, including the Bandwidth on Demand (Vigilis Flux) feature. Data Processing Addendum Personal-data terms (Exhibit C to the Services Agreement): roles, service-provider restrictions, security, subprocessors, consumer requests, and deletion.
