The short answer: Vigilis Flux and Apptifi both schedule bandwidth on Lumen IoD, which Lumen now sells as Lumen Intelligent Internet. Vigilis Flux is a $15 per service, per month add-on that runs on a schedule or on Auto. On October 6, 2026, apptifi.com listed its Core plan at $50 per month.
Vigilis Flux is one module of the Vigilis telecom platform. It changes bandwidth on a schedule or automatically from measured utilization. Apptifi’s site describes a scheduling tool for Internet-on-Demand circuits with a flat monthly price, Microsoft 365 calendar sync, and Lumen Defender Plus management.
How this page was made
Vigilis wrote this page, and Vigilis Flux is our product. So here is exactly how the Apptifi column was built:
- Every statement about Apptifi comes from Apptifi’s own public pages and was checked on October 6, 2026. Each one links the page it came from.
- We have not used Apptifi. We report what its pages say, and nothing else.
- Where Apptifi’s pages do not mention something, the table says so. That means the pages we read did not describe it. It does not mean Apptifi cannot do it.
- Every statement about Vigilis Flux is already published on vigilis.io.
Prices and features change. Check each vendor’s site before you decide.

What the two have in common
Both change the bandwidth tier on a Lumen connection through Lumen’s own controls, at times you set. Lumen bills each hour at the rate of the tier the connection is set to, so both lower the bill the same way: fewer hours at the top tier. See Lumen Internet On-Demand pricing per hour for the rates.
How to choose
The published facts point to four questions.
- How many connections do you have? The price models differ. Vigilis Flux is $15 per service, per month, on top of a Vigilis plan. Apptifi lists one flat price for all circuits. Work out both for your own count.
- Does demand follow the clock? If it does, a fixed schedule is enough and both tools list one. If it does not, Vigilis Flux lists Auto, which follows measured utilization.
- Do you need Microsoft 365 calendar sync or Lumen Defender Plus management in the same tool? Apptifi lists both. The Vigilis Flux product page lists neither.
- Do you want only a scheduler, or the rest of the telecom work too? Vigilis Flux is one module of a platform that also handles invoices, inventory, contracts, and carrier changes, with operators on managed plans. Apptifi’s pages describe a scheduler with the integrations listed above.
